BPF Annual Dinner Terms and Conditions

Payments:

All payments must be completed by the commencement of the event.  A VAT receipt will be issued on receipt of your payment and forwarded.

Use of Data:

The BPF reserves the right to share your full name and your companys name with other attendees at the event. For full information on use of data please see the our full data terms and conditions page

Cancellation: 

Written notification of any cancellation must be sent to the events team at the BPF no later than 1 September 2025. A full refund minus a 35%
administration charge will be issued. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 1 September 2025.

Insurance:  

The British Plastics Federation cannot accept responsibility for damage to private property of delegates.   Delegates are therefore advised to ensure they have their own insurance cover.
