The presentations will include the following topics:
- A guide to doing business in India - understanding the culture and business etiquette
- An economic overview of India
- Case studies of UK companies in the Indian plastics market
- Current and future trends in the Indian plastics market
- Opportunities for UK companies in emerging cities in India
BPF Business Development Manager, Stephen Hunt says:
“India provides a wealth of opportunity for UK plastics companies, consequently the BPF has consistently worked to develop contacts in India that can help its members to win business. To this end the BPF signed a Memorandum of Mutual Understanding with the Organisation of Plastics Processors of India in 2005 and with the PlastIndia Foundation in 2009. This UK Trade & Investment sponsored seminar will provide delegates with knowledge of the Indian plastics market and how to do business there, thus assisting them to enter the market confidently and to harness the opportunities that exist.”
