A Changing Plastics Industry Needs Collaboration

BPF Heads To Interplas 2026 As Industry Faces A Defining Period

The UK plastics industry is entering one of the most significant periods of change in its history - and the British Plastics Federation team will be at Interplas 2026 to help businesses navigate it.

From evolving legislation and sustainability targets to supply chain resilience, skills development, and investment in recycling and manufacturing technologies, plastics companies across the UK are facing increasing pressure to adapt. As the UK trade association representing over 80% of the industry by turnover, the BPF will use Interplas 2026 as an opportunity to connect with manufacturers, recyclers, suppliers, brand owners and innovators from across the plastics supply chain.

Find the British Plastics Federation at Interplas 2026 in Hall 11, Stand G80.

Why Interplas?

Interplas remains one of the UK plastics industry’s most important events because it brings together the entire supply chain under one roof. At a time of rapid change, it provides a platform for businesses to discover innovation, exchange expertise, build partnerships, and discuss the future direction of the sector.

Why Visit the BPF Stand?

Founded in 1933, the BPF today represents more than 600 member companies spanning polymer suppliers and distributors, plastics processors, recyclers, packaging manufacturers, additive suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and specialist service providers.

Find us in Hall11, Stand G80 to learn more about the organisation’s work supporting the industry through technical and regulatory guidance, sustainability initiatives, market intelligence, training, networking, and government engagement.

Visitors to the stand will also be able to collect a range of materials, from copies of our invaluable Industry Directory, our latest publications, and a new football-themed edition of the popular BPF Top Trumps.

“At a time when businesses are dealing with major regulatory, economic and environmental challenges, events like Interplas are vital for sharing expertise, building partnerships and ensuring the UK plastics sector remains competitive, innovative and sustainable.”  -  Justyna Elliott, Senior Business Development Executive, BPF
