BPF Trends in Packaging seminar to examine the future of plastics packaging

The British Plastics Federation (BPF) in partnership with Materials KTN will bring together leaders in the field of plastics packaging to take a detailed look the key trends and innovations in plastics packaging at a one day seminar titled: ‘Trends in plastics Packaging’ on Wednesday 1st December.

The BPF has recruited speakers with packaging-related expertise from industry, retail and the relevant sectors who will give detailed presentations on a variety of key issues in plastics packaging under the key themes of Design in Packaging, Materials and Product Development and the impact of green expectations.

“The UK Plastics Packaging Industry is dynamic and innovative and for this reason, highly regarded in the international plastics community. The Trends in Packaging seminar will bring together representatives from the packaging sector and take a detailed look the market trends and the future of plastics packaging.

“By sharing ideas and expertise available on the day, delegates will be equipped with the latest information and resources to develop their businesses and sharpen their expertise and in turn contribute greatly to the UK’s packing industry,” said Philip Law, Public and Industrial Affairs Director at the BPF.
