Brexit: Additional UK REACH Guidance released

Following the publication of the original UK REACH guidance in the event of a no-deal Brexit, the Government has published additional guidance on UK REACH if there is no deal.

This Additional Guidance expands on, and should be read in conjunction with, the guidance on "Regulating Chemicals (REACH) if there is no Brexit deal" (“Technical Notice”) published on 24th September 2018, to help businesses prepare for the possibility that the UK leaves the EU without a deal.

As well as the guidance text, of particular interest will be an additional table to the guidance showing the implications for different users of chemicals within the supply chain.
