British Group at Plastindia 2012

The UK Pavilion will again return to Plastindia exhibition to be held in New Delhi between 1st and 6th of February 2012, with a strong group of thirteen exhibitors accompanied by a group of British delegates on a trade mission. The British Group will once again be lead by the British Plastics Federation, the UK plastics trade association with over 450 members and strong links with the Indian plastics industry’s key bodies and is supported by UK Trade & Investment.

Exhibiting in Hall 11, one of the international halls at Plastindia, the BPF contingent will feature a wide variety of leading edge companies from the British plastics industry.

Companies on the British Pavilion will be showcasing cutting edge machinery including flame treatment systems (Aerogen); processing equipment including continuous mixers, extruders and polymer melt pumps (Farrel Corporation); testing equipment (Lloyd Instruments); static control solutions (Meech); wire laying systems for the production of electrofusion fittings (MSA Engineering Systems); measurement and control systems for plastic sheet extrusion (NDC Infrared); heating solutions (Victory Lighting) and Europe’s largest supplier/buyer of quality used plastics processing machinery (TransXL). In addition a number of leading materials companies will be represented including closed-cell crosslinked foams (Zotefoams); compounded products for injection moulding and extrusion (Perrite) and liquid colourants, additives and dosing technology (Colormatrix). In addition Edinburgh Napier University will be promoting their polymer processing education centre which carries out a number of R&D projects for the polymer industry.

In addition a trade mission from Britain will be visiting the show with a number of high ranking professionals from the plastic industry including material suppliers, plastic processors, recyclers and leading plastics trade journals.
