EUROPHA: Bio plastics survey
The BPF is one of the lead trade associations in an innovative new European FP7 project, called EUROPHA. The project, for the benefit of our members, will focus on developing a new and novel technology to boost the European bio-economy; reducing the production costs of PHA bio-polymer and expanding its applications as 100% compostible food packaging.
In order to gather useful information from the industry regarding bio-based plastics,their current use, benefits and draw-backs and the industry perspective on these materials, we have prepared a questionnaire for industry, to gauge current thinking on bio-based plastics.
We would appreciate a few moments of our members time to complete the survey. The results will be made available in due course and will be anonymous when they are published.
