Gas Applications for Increasing Productivity in Plastic Component Manufacture - 23 July

Gas based applications help manufacturers of plastic products be more productive, efficient and profitable and they improve the processors’ environmental sustainability. The webinar will cover:

 

• An overview of plastics related gas applications

• Mould spot cooling for faster cycle times and improved quality

• Gas assisted injection moulding (Nitrogen & Carbon dioxide) – for reduced cycle times, increase run times and improved product quality

• Foam injection moulding – for increased production, de-weighting and reduced raw material consumption

• Carbon dioxide cleaning – for faster, less damaging & more environmentally friendly  cleaning of moulds and manufacturing equipment

• Nitrogen for raw material hopper inerting – to avoid material oxidation & extending production runs.
