Health & Safety Guidance has a new look on the BPF website, SIMPL to spot

The BPF’s Health & Safety Team have launched a newly created micro-site for BPF Members. The new site aims to make the Health & Safety section easier to navigate to from the BPF’s homepage.

The BPF’s Health and Safety team have work closely with the experts of the Health & Safety Committee to ensure that every page is relevant, user-friendly and provides companies with the required information and support in a concise and structured way.

The BPF’s Health & Safety Committee would like to also encourage Health & Safety Managers and executives from within the Industry to join the Committee and help the industry to achieve their goals in reducing accidents by increasing the awareness of  safety in manufacturing plastics.

RPC’s General Manager, Michael Stegeman, said: “The BPF Industrial Health and Safety Committee is a member committee whose primary aim is to effectively communicate health and safety and welfare issues, sharing best practice amongst members as well as acting as a representative for the plastics industry”.

This bid in promoting health & safety comes almost after a year of launching SIMPL Safety in Manufacturing Plastics an industry-led initiative to prevent accidents across the whole plastic industry.
