iPolyCond website released
Thursday, 25 February 2010
The BPF is involved in a new project, called iPolyCond, which is based on the results of the PolyCond project, which developed eco-friendly, cost effective and high added value conductive plastic composites.
These composite materials protect against the effect of Electromagnetic Interference and Electrostatic Discharge and therefore have a great deal of potential.
The development of these materials allows the SME sector to expand their product range into new applications by offering materials with a wider range of physical and electrical properties
The project will embed the necessary skills within European SME converters to take full advantage of these advanced and emerging technologies. The project is beinc co-ordinated by Smithers Rapra and includes partners from Finland, Hungary, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium and the UK
The project website is available HERE
