IWD at Colloids

Today, we choose to celebrate International Women’s Day #IWD2022, and pave steps in helping to #BreaktheBias.

Only 23% of the Manufacturing industry is made up of Women. Here at Colloids, we are advocates of diversity & making sure every woman has a platform to become strong managers in the industry. We want to honour International Women’s Day by changing the “glass ceiling” that prevents women from reaching senior positions.

Nikki Thompson, Senior HR Manager at Colloids, hosted a webinar for all the women at Colloids, along with our Commercial Director, Andre Toczek. She discussed the bias that woman face in work & explained the best practice to handle these situations.
