K is the largest plastics and rubber exhibition in the world, last edition K 2016 attracted 232,000 visitors and featured 3,293 exhibitors. The exhibition space covered 173,025 sqm. Note: Deadline for stand booking 31st May 2018
British Plastics Federation (BPF) is coordinating the British Pavilion at K 2019 providing help with the package-stand build and support on the ground during the show. BPF has requested the same space in hall 5 (materials) and hall 12 (machinery) as per K 2016. British Pavilion returning exhibitors will be offered the stand location similar or the same to the 2016 edition (subject to show organiser's floor planning).
British Pavilion Stands
We are dedicated to maximising the impact of UK Exhibitors at K 2019 and we have put together a cost effective stand package that any UK Exhibitor, regardless of location can adopt. The high quality stand package will incorporate the GREAT Britain branding, which will ensure the UK Plastics Sector has a strong visual presence at K.
The package includes stand walls, carpet, fascia with company name, lockable cupboard, a power socket (mains box isn’t included), spot lights.
In addition each stand is 4.5m high, which will give the best possible exposure to companies exhibiting as part of the British Group.
Cost of a Stand
The British Pavilion stands will be built by a private contractor - ITSL, hence the exhibitors will be booking Raw Space only with the show organiser and the stand build will be invoiced separately.
A standard row stand space with 1 side open costs €260 per sqm, Corner stand space with 2 sides open costs €272 per sqm, End of block stand with 3 sides open space costs €290 per sqm.
The show organiser 's fee for the Media coverage is €550 per exhibitor for the Catalogue entry.

Management Fee for the British Pavilion exhibitors
- UK Group Management Fee (BPF Members) £450 + VAT
- UK Group Management Fee (Non Members) £550 + VAT
Why Exhibit with the BPF at K 2019?
K is the largest plastics exhibition in the world, the previous edition (K 2016) attracted 218,000 visitors from over 120 countries and 3,200 exhibitors. The show takes place every three years in Dussledorf. The leading raw material producers, processing companies and machinery manufacturers offer an overview of the latest technical developments, procedures and techniques, of current construction methods and future trends. K is a truly international exhibition, attracting more than half its visitors from outside Germany.

The British Plastics Federation are working in partnership with Baxter Hoare and are recommending a Hotel Boat in Dusseldorf for British participants at K 2019. The Hotelship offers excellent facilities and allows a great networking opportunity for British Companies. You can book rooms for the whole duration or just for a few nights.
