Listgrove supports leading UK recycling business to recruit an Operations Manager

Enva Plastics specialises in recycling Polystyrene, Polypropylene and ABS which is taken from small house hold appliances (WEEE). They provide high quality compounds and polymers which are used in many plastic conversion sectors.

Responsible for supporting the new Managing Director, Listgrove was selected to recruit an Operations Manager by identifying and assessing applicants, that demonstrated experience within the plastics and/or recycling markets.

Having achieved much success in gaining interest in this brief, Listgrove engaged a comprehensive assessment process, which ultimately identified a highly skilled shortlist of applicants. Enva was able to make an informed selection from those submitted, without any impact on day to day operations.
