This is made by United Cutlery and is a huge rare limited edition. It comes with original box and styrofoam along with wood base!

IT IS MISSING THE SUPPORT POLE THAT CONNECTS IT TO THE WOOD BASE. But this should be able to be fabricated or get a replacement. The moving company did not pack the piece in the box and is lost.
