French Health Agency Concludes that no Danger or Risk is Identified for DINCH under REACH

The French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES) has recently concluded a toxicological evaluation of DINCH (1,2-cyclohexanedicarboxylic adic, diisononyl ester, CAS No. 166412-78-8). According to ANSES, DINCH, one of the plasticisers used as a replacement to classified phthalates, does not require any specific risk management measures under the REACH PACT- RMOA… click here
