BPF goes to Northern Ireland
BPF Director-General Philip Law, visited the Northern Ireland Polymers Association last week in Belfast where he spoke at a well-attended networking event chaired by NIPA Chairman, Hugh Ross of Canyon Europe.

Early Bird Discount Available for REPLAST 2014
The BPF has launched REPLAST 2014, the 7th Annual BPF Recycling Conference taking place at the IOM3 in London on 6th November 2014. The BPF is offering a 15% early bird discount on all bookings made for this conference before 13th September 2014.

CBI Economic Update: China
China’s economic growth edged up in Q2 2014, beating analysts’ expectations, while monthly indicators pointed to improved momentum going into the next quarter. Targeted fiscal and monetary stimulus likely played a role in stabilising the economy.

The Mayor of London in partnership with UKT&I London is organising a conference on the 7th of October 2014 which will enable companies to understand the opportunities available in Malaysia. Malaysia is listed by UKT&I as a High Growth Market and commercial ties between Malaysia and the UK are continuously very strong.
