Mission to Russia

29th January - 1st February 2013, Moscow, Russia

British Plastics Federation is inviting UK delegates to join a Trade Mission to Russia during Interplastica exhibition (Moscow, 29.01.2013-01.02.2013) - the largest plastics trade show in Russia. 		 Image

The Trade Mission participants will visit the show to explore the opportunities of Russian plastics market and they will take part in a number of networking events to increase a chance of meeting potential business partners.

About Interplastica

The exhibition, which is the largest plastics and rubber event in Russia attracts over 20,000 visitors and 550 exhibitors from 28 countries. At the 2013 edition, the British Plastics Federation (BPF) is organising a UK Pavilion bringing British exhibitors together. The BPF stand at the show will provide the meeting point for the Mission participants, who will be able to use the refreshments, Internet and meeting facilities.

UK Trade & Investment support

Market Visit Support funding (subject to availibility)
British delegates are encouraged to contact their regional UKT&I Adviser who will advise them on a possible funding towards their travel cost. The financial support depends on the region where the company is based and on the money available. Overseas Market Introduction Service - OMIS
UK delegates can order prior to their market visit a tailor made report with listings of their potential end customers, business partners or local agents and distributers. The OMIS report is put together by the UK T&I represetatives based in Russia, who have a local knowledge and who gather the information to match the companies' requirements. Recommended UK Group hotels
    
The British Plastics Federation holds a group booking at Hotel Mercure Arbat Moscow and Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya for the Mission to Russia delegates at a set price.

There is a strict deadline for the room booking - 01.11.2012, so UK delegates must book their rooms before the deadline. All unused rooms, after this date will be returned to the hotel. The BPF does not take responsibility for securing alternative hotels for the Mission participants.		 Image  Image
