Paul Calver

Paul Calver (Global Value Chain Specialist / Advanced Engineering, UK Trade&Investment)

Paul works for UKTI’s Advanced Engineering Sector team as a as Global Value Chain Specialist helping UK companies increase their global competitiveness by taking advantage of value chain opportunities in low cost economies, with particular focus on India and China. Sectors in which he specialises in include: aerospace and space, automotive, advanced material, capital equipment, design and development services and advanced manufacturing.  Anuj J Chande

Anuj J Chande (Partner and Head of South Asia Group, Grant Thornton)

Anuj has over 30 years professional and commercial experience having worked previously with Coopers & Lybrand, NCR Corporation in USA and Albright & Wilson. Anuj has been recognised as one of Britain's 100 most influential Asians for the second year running on the Asian Power 100 list which is compiled by Carter Andersen in association with the Bank of Scotland.

 

McCole Kevin

Kevin McCole (UK India Business Council)

Kevin joined the UK India Business Council in December 2008, after 18 years with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. His most recent diplomatic posting was as Deputy Head of Mission and Director Trade and Investment for Eastern India, based in Kolkata. His previous postings were in The Netherlands, Malta, and Romania.

 

Lal Singh


Lal Singh (Vice Chairman, PlastIndia Foundation; Managing Director, Fixopan Machines)

Lal Singh is the Chairman of PlastIndia Foundation's Committee responsible for organising Plastindia exhibition,held in New Delhi, which is the second largest Industry Fair in the world. He is a Managing Director of Fixopan Machines Pvt.Ltd in India and a Director of Casting Consultants Ltd. In his career, Lal held a position of a Vice President of AIPMA, All India Plastic Manufacturers Association as well as a Secretary of the Indian Plastics Institute.
He has been a guest lecturer at Delhi College of Engineering and IIT; contributes articles to the plastics magazined: Rotation & Rotoworld and Modern Plastics.
The Fixopan Group set up by Lal is a very successful group of companies manufacturing rotomoulding machines and moulds, exporting to nearly 70 countries worldwide.
 

Henry Dickinson


Henry Dickinson (STB Engineering Ltd / Alan Yorke Rotomoulding , Norton Aluminium Ltd)

Henry Dickinson graduated in Metallurgy, Economics & Management from Oxford. He spent eight years running pressure diecasting plants in Singapore, Taiwan and Korea before returning to the UK. He then acquired STB Engineering Ltd in 1997, a manufacturer of bulk powder pneumatic
conveying systems for the plastics and food industries. In 2006 he bought the business and assets of Alan Yorke Engineering, a manufacturer of heavy duty rotational moulding machines, out of bankruptcy and merged its activities with those of STB Engineering. He incorporated Norton Aluminium India Pvt Ltd in 2007 and acquired an 11 acre factory site outside Mumbai in early 2009. Henry is also the current President of the UK Aluminium Federation, representing the interests of the UK aluminium manufacturing and processing industries.

James Jenkinson

James Jenkinson (Sales Director, Cinpres Gas Injection)

Experienced, multi-lingual company director with a strong international background in precision engineering, plastics machinery and processing technology. James has built up a wealth of knowledge having worked in the international plastics industry for over 20 years.
