Planning for the future via apprenticeship scheme
Monday, 26 September 2016
Amaray has recently created two new apprenticeship positions for young people aged between 16-18 as it focuses its attention on long term succession and expansion into new consumer markets.
The successful introduction of two apprentices last year is already delivering value to the injection moulding company and with another two positions initiated this summer Amaray now have four young apprentices fulfilling roles within engineering at its Corby site in Northamptonshire.
Amaray have continued to retain skilled employees within technical roles for a long time with many tenures exceeding beyond twenty years.
“It is essential for Amaray to prepare for the future. We’re committed to investing in the development of our people, so creating positions for local and motivated talent is vital for us to secure our strategic goals.” George Roberts, Operations Manager.
