PlastIndia 2015 To Stay in New Dehli
Thursday, 28 November 2013
The last edition of the show attracted over 120,000 visitors and 1,600 exhibitors which will make Plastindia the largest plastics event in the world in 2015.
For the UK exhibitors who wish to book a stand, the recently increased UK Trade & Investment grants of up to £3,000 should be very encouraging. “This means that the cost of a 9sqm booth will be entirely covered by Government funding which should encourage participation from British companies looking to break into this huge market” stated Justyna Elliott, Business Development Executive of the British Plastics Federation.
Plastics consumption in India is growing at a rate of 16% per annum, with the industry consisting of 25,000 companies and employing over 3 million people.
