PLC PROG helping members program for the future!

PLC-PROG is a "Research for SME-Associations" Project, part funded by the European Commission. 

In order to overcome some of the current issues with PLC-Programs, the consortium is developing a new and innovative PLC brand independent programming tool called PLC-PROG.

This tool will define a new paradigm for programming PLCs based on a friendly interface where the user just needs to drag and drop graphical objects for constructing complex programs. It is the aim of the project, that we will develop a unified programming environment valid for different PLC brands. 

The project will be entering the "test phase" over the coming weeks, where BPF Members will be able to trial and test the product. Comments will be fed back to the project partners and the system updated accordingly, prior to completion of the project and ready for final release.
