Rutland Plastics sponsors Consultancy of the year at the British Engineering Excellence Awards (BEEA’s)

And the winner is...
We were delighted to play a part in the British Engineering Excellence Awards (BEEA’s) as this year’s sponsors of Consultancy of the Year. Held at the Honourable Artillery Company London, the awards were entertainingly hosted by 1970’s children's TV presenter and populariser of mathematics Johnny Ball.
The BEEA’s tap into the breadth and vitality of the UK’s engineering and innovation capabilities. Entries and winners range from a kinetic energy recovery system, to an engineer who designed a system to save water on a massive scale, through to a medical company developing imaging technology to improve outcomes for cancer patients.
Steve Ayre, Ruland Plastics MD, pictured on the right, presented the award to winners Drive System Design - specialists in transmission design, although the category top spot was a closely run race with the Penso Group picking up a highly commended award.
