Description:

The most common material used for playgrounds are metal, wood and polyethylene.
This baby seat swing required a soft material to prevent bumps and knocks during their fun play time as well as a good strength and impact to provide long term safety.

Solution:

ICORENE® 9402 is an olefin elastomer which is virtually unbreakable and has excellent soft touch feel.
Super mechanical properties in extreme hot and cold climates to 
withstand the constant abuse.

Result:

A soft touch grade, that is easy to mould, safe for toddlers, will meet Toy Safety Directive, 
fully UV stabilized for long life and available in colour compounds.
