Software to help manage your logistics operation during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Recent events have certainly had a significant impact on British - and international - manufacturing and associated supply chains.

Proximity would like to offer our help in getting raw materials, supplies and finished products collected and delivered efficiently through that supply chain.

The BPF has been swift in it’s response by lobbying the government to ensure that the plastics industry is recognised (and adequately protected) to ensure the supply of essential medical, pharmaceutical, packaging and household items during the pandemic.

BPF members have also been swift in their response.

Some have obviously seen increases in demand for their own products during the pandemic, while others have been able to switch production to supply essential items based on direct appeals from the likes of the NHS and Network Rail.

During the COVID-19 pandemic we're offering special licencing options for our logistics management software, Stream which has been designed for companies with their own vehicles to manage their deliveries and collections.

Stream provides:
  • Automated route optimisation and planning
  • Single and multi-drop delivery routes
  • Real-time driver tracking
  • Electronic Proof of Delivery (and collection) through Stream’s integrated mobile App
  • Proactive email & SMS communication with customers.

Cloud-based, Stream is provided through the internet, so even if your transport planning team is working remotely they can still access and take full advantage of the system.
