Tim Marsden, British Plastics Federation

Tim Marsden joined the BPF in 2007, initially responsible for the Federation’s Construction activities, before taking over the Federations R&D area in 2009. The BPF has managed a number of UK and European projects, mostly under Framework Programme 7 (FP7) Research For the Benefit of Associations scheme. Whilst the BPF still have a number of these projects ongoing, the BPF is looking to support our members under Horizon 2020.

Tim co-ordinates the BPF’s projects area, taking in a wide variety of subjects from energy efficiency to conductive polymer composites and plastics packaging.

Ewa Bloch, Innovate UK

Ewa Bloch is the UK National Contact Point (NCP) for Resource Efficiency, Climate Change & Raw Materials. Ewa had got over 18 years of experience in developing, managing and evaluating EU funded projects. Prior to her current role, Ewa was a UK National Contact Point for the European Eco-innovation Programme and a Regional Funding Advisor (in the West Midlands) on the EU Competitiveness and Innovation Programme.

Jane Watkins, Innovate UK

Jane Watkins is the UK NCP for the SME Instrument and Fast Track to Innovation. Jane has over ten years' experience as UK National Contact Point developed a broad knowledge of the Framework Programmes. Jane has also been involved in Framework projects and has delivered training sessions on the Framework Programme to other National Contact Points across Europe. Her knowledge and experience has also helped UK companies from the initial concept of European funding to proposal pre-screening and submission.
