Konstantia Asteradou

Lysis Technology

Konstantia is a co-founder of Lysis Technologies. She is a Chemical Engineer and certified Project Manager with 15 years experience working for global companies in design, scale-up, Quality Assurance, installations and commissioning of industrials processes.

She holds a PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics and heat transfer processes. She has more than 15 publications such as patents, scientific papers and book chapters.

She has vast experience in New Process and Technology Development, Business Development at national and international level and B2B sales. 

As a portfolio manager, Konstantia is leading LYSIS TECHNOLOGIES’ team presence for the Rotational Moulding industry. 


 

David Bray

Leafield Enviromental

David Bray is the Design Manager at Leafield Environmental, based in Wiltshire.

Managing a department of designers, production engineers and a product manager, David has 30 years’ experience in the rotational moulding industry.  His extensive knowledge of rotational moulding enables David & his team to design products that are optimised for manufacture yet functional, aesthetically pleasing and of high quality.

David graduated from University of Northumbria University in 1987 with a degree in product design and was awarded a travel bursary to the USA.  Throughout his career David has designed an extensive range of products for the trade moulding industry, street furniture and materials handling markets and won a number of industry awards.  In 2014 Leafield entered a new market with the launch of Aegis ruggedized cases targeted at the military market.

With every new product David’s goal is to design out components, mould in features, and reduce or eliminate finishing, thus improving quality, reliability and reducing costs.

David lives near Bristol with his wife and two children and enjoys the outdoors and DIY when he has the time.

   

Angelique Brocatus

A Schulman

Angélique has been working for A. Schulman for 12 years and is currently in the position of Business Development Manager focusing on Rotomoulding.

Starting in the lab testing daily production, then moving into quality department overseeing and handling local customer quality and technical queries.

In the last 3 years Angélique, has focused on supporting Schulmans Rotomoulding customers Europe wide to bring projects to the market as an Application Engineer and to provide a high level of support for our customers.


 

Dr Nick Henwood

Broadway Colours

Dr Nick Henwood has 25 years plus experience in the roto industry and is well known to audiences worldwide.  As well as his position at Broadway Colours, he is currently Technical Director at the Association of Roatational Molders, based in Chicago USA.


 

Dr Mark McCourt

Queens University Belfast

Dr. Mark Mc Court holds a BSc.(Hons) in Chemistry, an MSc. in Polymer Science & Engineering and a PhD in Polymer Science all from Queens University, Belfast, N. Ireland.  He is currently a Rotational Moulding Process Engineer at Queen’s University.  Mark has been involved in commercial rotational moulding research and development projects for almost 15 years at Queens, carrying out R&D projects for small, medium and multinational companies across the island of Ireland, UK, Europe, Asia and North America.


 

Gareth McDowell

493K

After receiving his PhD from Queen's University Belfast, Gareth McDowell completed a period of product development focusing on rotational moulding processes. In particular, he and his colleagues created a series of full time data acquisition systems for rotational moulding. Gareth then established 493K Limited to develop, and manufacture, data acquisition and control systems. These systems will improve quality and process efficiency, for the heating and cooling stages of rotational moulding.


 

Gary Nolan

Matrix Polymers

Gary joined Matrix Polymers in 2015 as Technical Manager. He is responsible for the day to day activities of the Technical Department helping Customers by providing practical solutions and material knowledge. Gary has almost a decade of experience in Rotational Moulding and a further 15 years of experience in the Plastic Industry in Senior Management roles. His experience is supported with a BSc Hons in Polymer Chemistry and materials.
