Alan Brown, AGI Amaray Alan is an engineer by trade, and has been married for 38 years with four grown up children. He has worked in the plastics industry for almost 30yrs in total and has been a member of the IHSC for approx. 4 yrs. He has been chairman of the BPF Health and Safety Committee since September 2015

Stewart Cruikshank, Pristine Condition Stewart was previously a competitive weightlifter, representing Great Britain at World and European Championship level. He represented England at the 1994, 1998 and 2002 Commonwealth Games, achieving two Silver and three Bronze medals, and in doing so, set the British record at his weight; a record which still stands today. As Business Development Director, Stewart now works closely with clients to develop bespoke behavioural change programmes that have a core focus around manual handling training solutions, with a proven track record in reducing manual handling personal injury claims.

Rob Elvin, Squire Patton Boggs Rob Elvin is the Managing Partner of Squire Patton Boggs Manchester office. His particular expertise covers health, safety and environmental law, judicial review, corporate defence (including bribery and corruption, investigations and corporate manslaughter), food hygiene and safety, product safety, liability and recall and he is a solicitor advocate. Rob also lectures on issues such as corporate manslaughter, product safety and defending all manner of regulatory prosecutions

Pete Kirkham, Billion UK Peter Kirkham is the Managing Director for French injection moulding machine manufacturer; Billion. Peter has worked with Billion for more than 30 years, starting out as a Service Engineer, progressing to Service Manager before taking a more active role in sales in 1992 when he became Technical Manager, then Technical Director. He took over then running of the company as Managing Director in 2001 and has continued in the role ever since. He spent several years working on the committee of the PMMDA, serving his final two years as Chairman and is now actively working with the BPF Health & Safety Committee, which works closely with the HSE in promoting safe working practices in our industry and developing the SIMPL initiative to create a common platform for Health & Safety Management across the industry.

Jon Williams, Performance Consultants International Jon Williams is a Senior Consultant and Lead Facilitator for Performance Consultants in the UK. He has 18 years' experience in the field of personal and organisational development, working for a blue chip financial services company. In particular, he was heavily involved in coaching leaders within the organisation to navigate succesfully the transitions between various levels of leadership - from first line management through to Departmental Director level Jon has worked for 25 years in the Financial Services Industry with Lloyds TSB Group, including 18 years as a trainer, coach and leadership development consultant covering all aspects of the training cycle. Jon is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Performance Coaching from Sheffield-Hallam University and became a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development in 2007.
