SuperCleanQ project heads towards conclusion
The SuperCleanQ project, which has received funding through the FP7 Research for SME Associations scheme, is heading towards the end of its 3 years funding, with interesting developments.
The project has recently produced a video to update industry on the aims and objectives of the project. This can be seen at www.supercleanq.eu
One of the outputs of the project is to develop a CEN Technical Specification. During November 2013 a delegation of the project, led by project partner NEN, attended the annual CEN/TC249 meeting in Paris. The Committee agreed to establish WG 20, with the BPF's Tim Marsden acting as convenor. During the course of 2014, a series of meetings have been held to develop the Technical Specification, with the final meeting taking place at the BPF, on the 16th April 2014.
It is hoped that the Technical Specification will be approved at the CEN/TC249 annual meeting in Brussels on 28th October 2014
The SuperCleanQ project will run until November 2014.
