Terms and Conditions (BPF Seminars)

Payments:

All payments must be completed by the commencement of the seminar.  A VAT receipt will be issued on receipt of your payment and   forwarded as well as joining  instructions.

Use of Data:

The BPF reserves the right to share your full name and your companys name with other attendees at the event or venues where we are holding events. By completing this form we will add your contact details to our database and email you relevant information on upcoming events. For full information on use of your data, please click here

Cancellation by the BPF: 

The BPF reserves the right to cancel the booking of an individual. Any funds received would be reimbursed

Cancellation:

If you are unable to attend after having confirmed your registration, please inform us in writing so that your registration may be transferred to any member of your company.

Refunds:

A charge of 35% will be made on written cancellations received before two weeks before the seminar – No refund will be given after the this date.

Programme Details:

The BPF reserves the right to alter  the programme without prior notice.

Ejecting Attendees:
The BPF reserves the right to remove any attendees from the event at their discretion

Insurance: 

The British Plastics Federation cannot accept responsibility for damage to private property of delegates.   Delegates are therefore advised to ensure they have their own insurance cover.
