Anson Elegance Range Product Launch

Aim of Project

To launch a premium bakery range into the European market, providing an innovative packaging solution to a traditional market sector. 

Materials Used

The lid is made from a high clarity Anson CrystalLite material, anti-mist   coated

The base is made from Anson rPET50 recycled, recyclable PET .

Brief Description

Initially launched into the European market, the range was developed in partnership with the Dutch retailer Plus, to provide a high end packaging solution to showcase premium patisserie products. 

The packs are produced in two styles, square and rectangle, which consist of 8 lids and 8 matching bases.  The lids have been produced using an anti-fog technology, as well as a side venting feature that ensures the patisserie products maintains its fresh visual appeal on shelf at all times.

Once the range was successfully launched in the Netherlands, it was then rolled out through the UK Foodservice business to expand Anson’s UK bakery offer and can now be purchased through Anson direct.

Anson lead the way in sourcing UK post consumer rPET and manufacturing the highest quality sheet to ensure that all of their products meet the needs and demands of the environmentally aware consumer.  Anson is based in Cambridgeshire, with two manufacturing sites, trading in its 40th year within the packaging industry.  Anson continue to launch new and innovative packaging.
