History became legend, legend became myth and for four years, this set passed out of all knowledge until, when chance came, they ensnared a new bearer.. For sale is a Lord Of The Rings movie print set by artist Dan Mumford.

These rare prints were released via French Art Paper Company in 2016 as an edition of 200. There was also a small artist proof release of 30 for each print, leaving 230 of each version roaming about Middle Earth. The prints measure in at 24x36, which is just 6 inches shorter than your average Hobbit and just as wide as your typical dwarf.

Individual copies of these prints hardly come up for sale, but a set? Well, that has to be about as hard to come by as armor of precious mithril, a glance at an oliphaunt in the wild, a good bite of lembas bread in the middle of Mordor, or maybe even as rare as the one ring itself. Ok, maybe I'm getting ahead of myself, but you get the point.. Please note that the set is neither matching #, nor are all prints unblemished. Make sure your review the details below regarding each of the three prints.

Specific damage of note has been provided in the pictures as well. Red Stamp of Authenticity on back. Slight crease on bottom, center edge. Small nick along top, center edge.

Both would be hidden by frame. Blue Stamp of Authenticity on back. Edge damage on right side, top and bottom. While not ideal, the damage would be concealed by a frame. Prints were stored in tube by original owner, but have since been stored flat by their new bearer for over a year. Be advised there's still some curl to them, but that also could be managed by a framer.
