Some have some minor wear from storage and casual play, but most figures are in great condition. I don't believe any pieces are missing, but I haven't checked closely (see pics for details of all included swords and assorted pieces). Some pieces have been warped from being stored in a hot attic, these could probably be bent back into shape with time and patience. Needs new batteries, but worked great when last used.
