All first editions, first printings and generally immaculate, all fine in fine dust jackets with a few points; #3 with a couple of small water stains at top edge not affecting text, tiny bit of wrinkling at spine tail; #5 with hint of spine fading, couple very minor spots top edge; #6 a couple of small dirt marks top edge, a few tiny brown spots at jacket flaps; #7 price-clipped jacket; #8 two small spots top edge; #9 spine light faded, one or two small spots top edge; #12 with slightest hint of lean at bottom edge, lightly toned as is always of this volume.All very minor issues, the set presenting fine in archival protection. All but one unclipped, #1 with A&U price remnant at flap, #2, 4, 9, 11 with no price as called for. Bindings tight, square, firm, most if not all unread. Extremely difficult to source in this condition.

Otherwise fine, without inscriptions, stamps, ex libris stickers, foxing, or other issues. All jackets unclipped, #3 with publishers black ink correction to front flap over The Two Towers as called for, one or two very small closed tears, some minor rubbing and spine tips, forecorners, rear panels with a little grubbiness but presents very well.
