Tolkien The Lord of the Rings 1974 Deluxe. Edition Slipcase on India paper. This edition is printed on Indian paper, featuring all three volumes bound into a single volume only an inch thick. The black buckram cloth has the Tolkien design depicting the Numenorean throne with'Elendil' in tengwar, stamped on the upper cover in gilt, silver, and green. Mottled black and grey wove endpapers, all edges trimmed, and speckled light green.

Includes highly detailed fold-out maps. The book is in good condition, nice and clean, still tight, and the boards are in fine condition.

The pages are clean, and the corners are still sharp. Some pages do have wrinkles (Which is very common among these books) (Please see photos). Unfortunately, the slipcase has suffered some damage over the years (please see photos).
