Across the stream from the Green Dragon Inn in Hobbiton, Ted Sandyman's mill perches on the water's edge next to a stony bridge. Behind its blue door, gears driven by the steady turning of a water wheel grind grains for the making of bread; a favourite food no Hobbit accustomed to the comforts of the Shire can long go without. This detailed environment is an exacting miniature replica of the movie set that can be visited at Hobbiton in Matamata, New Zealand.

It was designed by the same artists and craftspeople who worked on the movie. Items are new but packaging cannot be guaranteed to be perfect or without flaws. May be opened and inspected just to verify there are no issues with the item.
